Month 1 — Foundations & Setup

The first month is about getting everything cleaned up and set up properly so your digital presence reflects the quality of your business clearly and professionally.

Refreshing your Facebook, Instagram and Google Business profiles so they clearly show who you are, what you do and why people should choose you
Assisting with your ATDW listing to ensure it is accurate, optimised, and working for you within the tourism ecosystem
Creating a practical content strategy that fits your business and your capacity (not some unrealistic "post every day" nonsense)
Building your own custom GPT assistant to help you write captions that sound like you
Creating and scheduling your first 3 months of content — based on 2 posts per week

While we'll schedule two posts per week for you, the strategy will include plenty of extra ideas and prompts so when you start taking the reins, you'll feel confident increasing to three posts per week if and when it suits.

Months 2 & 3 — Training & Confidence

Once everything is up and running, we'll shift into support and skill-building so you feel confident managing things yourself.

45-minute training sessions every second week for two months (total of 4 sessions)
Hands-on walkthroughs so you understand how everything works
Support using your custom GPT for caption writing
Troubleshooting and guidance as questions pop up
Practical tips to keep your content consistent without it taking over your life
